Amy Selma Profile Photo

Amy Selma is an award-winning bilingual Spanish/English voice-over artist, celebrated for her clear, neutral accent in both languages and her versatile, engaging delivery. Born in Mexico and raised in the Caribbean by Belizean parents, Amy has been fluent in both English and Spanish from an early age.
Before entering the world of voice-over, Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Product Design from el Tec de Monterrey and built a successful career in the printing, manufacturing, and marketing industries. She worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for leading companies in both Mexico and Corporate America, including Medtronic and UnitedHealthcare.

Her journey into voice acting began thanks to a suggestion from her husband, Nico Selma, an animation director at Nickelodeon. Since then, Amy has voiced commercials, video games, dubbing, and live events for clients such as Disney+, Netflix, The Latin Recording Academy, Walmart, McDonald’s, and Allstate. She has also served as a voiceover instructor for Kalmenson & Kalmenson, participated in Christy Harst’s Building Doors campaign, and received multiple accolades—including Voice Arts®, One Voice, and Premios LAVAT awards and nominations.

When she’s not in the booth, you’ll likely find Amy enjoying time in the backyard with her two kids, reading a webtoon or playing a video game, racing at the karting track, planning a road trip adventure, or happily buried in a book, learning something new.
